Pulled Pork

This past weekend I went to the 25th anniversary of some friends. They gave out cookbooks as their party favors because they’re both major foodies and great cooks. Anyway, Mr. F makes outstanding pulled pork. I’m talking out of this world. And that recipie is included. So, I think if The Celtics take it to 7  on Sunday, I will likely make some pulled pork (like 7 lbs.???) and invite soem friends over. Should be fun.

It takes 12 hours to make though, so I might stay up until like 2 a.m. and start it then. Sleep until 11 and then only have a couple more hours of cooking…that sounds fun.

Also, The Eastern Conference Finals really are probably the two best teams in the NBA. Maybe the last excuse I have to roast pork for 12 hours in months.
